We offer a wide range of shipping options - whether you prefer Ground or require Next Day Air. Be sure to specify how you would like us to ship your merchandise at the time of purchase.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over IDR 1,000,000. Orders usually ship via chosen courier, which normally takes 3-6 days to arrive. When it is quicker order may ship via the Pos Indonesia. If you would like to upgrade to 2nd day or overnight delivery you may select this option at checkout.

Procedures. Shipping standards are provided
below to better serve your expectations and
ensure consistent quality service.
Damaged Merchandise
In the event you receive damaged merchandise,
please retain the original shipping carton and
contact the local carrier office immediately to
obtain an inspection report. Ask the carrier to
return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us.
Under no circumstances should you attempt to
return the merchandise yourself. This is for
your own protection.
Lost Merchandise
On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in
transit. If this occurs, your order will be
replaced only after the shipment has been traced
by the carrier. Upon notification of a
non-delivery from the carrier, a claim will be
filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a
credit will be applied to your credit card.
