This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. Return Shipping Costs
Return costs for shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Cash Refunds

Exchanges
If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be added.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you keep
proper Proof of Delivery for any package you ship.
Distributors and Wholesale Club Members
All sales made to Distributors and Wholesale Club Members are final and no returns
